Sponsorship Program

Everyday in Tulare County hundreds of homeless animals arrive at shelters lost, hungry and afraid. But even sadder, hundreds of dogs are put to sleep weekly to make space for the new arrivals. Animal shelters are over run with highly adoptable dogs and cats awaiting a second chance.

The sponsorship program allows animals that second chance at finding their forever home. By sponsoring a dog or cat your donation is used for spaying, neutering, vaccinations, micro-chipping, special testing and even the adoption fee. It also offers that animal more time to find it’s forever home. There are 4 different levels of sponsorship, each one offering a new family the chance to own a fixed and vaccinated companion pet. Even rescue organizations find sponsored animals to be more appealing, by reducing their costs and speeding up the adoption process; allowing rescues to save more animals in a shorter period of time. Only through spay and neutering will our community be able to help with the pet over population problem.
